If you do a lot of exploration in Norway, you can be well over the 10-hour mark before being able to poison your enemies. Getting your hands on 4 Order Medallions will take some time regardless of the choices you make. If you have these two things in place, you are well on your way to unlock the poison ability in AC Valhalla. You get these by assassinating members of the Order.
